A visitor to the website may access, display, download and print portions of the website for their own private non-commercial use and to order tickets to the event via the website, subject to any additional restrictions displayed on the website. Conditions of Sale
It is a condition of purchase that you provide correct contact information at the time of purchase.Â
Providing contact details is a condition of sale. This also applies to complimentary tickets and staff tickets. If people are unwilling to provide their contact details, they will be refused entry.
Ticket & Delivery Terms
All tickets are to be purchased online using your Visa, Mastercard or debit card. If you do not have access to a computer, please call Delatite Wineries office on 03 5775 2922 Mon – Fri between 9 – 5pm or at info@harvestmoonfestival.com.au.
Upon successful completion of your purchase a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Harvest Moon Festival and Delatite Winery will keep all these details on file for future reference.
The event does not offer a ticket resale facility. Tickets purchased via unauthorised third-party sellers may not be valid, in which case, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund, and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
Unauthorised sale or duplication of your ticket may result in you being denied entry to the venue. The venue and/or the event manager are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by such unauthorised sale or duplication. In the event that duplicate copies of a ticket are presented at the gate, we reserve the right to deny entry to all parties.
Subject to availability tickets can be exchanged for equal value or upgraded for other dates or sessions. Downgrades are not permitted.
Exchanges - Events
Harvest Moon Festival and Delatite Winery will offer exchanges on event tickets if all of the following conditions are met:
- the request for an exchange is submitted to Harvest Moon Festival in writing by emailing info@harvestmoonfestival.com.au;
- the request for an exchange is made at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the original event start time;
- the original performance is not sold out;
- the request for exchange is for the same Event;
- the performance you are requesting to exchange into must be of equal or greater value. You will be required to pay the difference in ticket price if it is greater, you will not be refunded any difference in ticket price; and
- the customer has provided proof of the destruction of the original tickets, should printed tickets have been issued.
If the exchange is approved, a non-refundable $5.00 exchange fee per transaction may be incurred at the time of exchange.
Refunds
Harvest Moon Festival and Delatite Winery will stive to work with you should you require a cancellation of your ticket. Please email to info@harvestmoonfestival.com.au or call 03 5775 2922 Mon – Fri between 9 – 5pm if you need to make any amendments or cancel your ticket, however please be aware that events and other items are sold on a generally non-refundable basis. However, in certain cases we may offer refunds before the event if you are unable to attend:
- If the event has had to be materially changed or postponed for circumstances beyond our control. In this case we may either offer refunds or substitute an equivalent event.
- In certain other compassionate circumstances.

After the event has been held, you are not entitled to any refund on unused tickets or purchases made if you cannot prove that you contacted us in writing prior to the event.
You will receive a refund of the face value of the tickets, but will forfeit any booking or transaction fees paid as these are part of the cost of the ticketing service. Complimentary or free tickets are not valid for any refund or form of exchange.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment device used to purchase Harvest Moon Festival tickets.
Cancellations
If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund of the face value of the tickets, but will forfeit any booking or transaction fees paid as these are part of the cost of the ticketing service. Complimentary or free tickets to events that are cancelled are not valid for any refund or exchange to other events.

If payment has been unsuccessful, we can happily help you secure your tickets over the phone. If you are unsure, it is best to check with us before proceeding on a secondary transaction.
Responsible Consumption of Alcohol
We promote the responsible consumption of alcohol. Alcoholic beverages should only be consumed by persons of legal drinking age. We recommend that our alcoholic beverages be enjoyed responsibly and in moderation.
Some of the Harvest Moon Festival events include alcohol, whereby they require all attendees to be over the age of 18. Please check the age guide on the tix.harvestmoonfestival.com.au site to confirm whether specific events require attendees to be 18 years and older.

- Any tickets cancelled before the 29th of April will receive a 100% refund, less the merchant fees incurred.
- Any tickets cancelled after the 29th of April will receive a 50% refund of the ticket cost, less the merchant fees incurred.
- Any tickets cancelled within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded and you will forfeit your place at the event.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Terms and Conditions
In the case of any Government enforced restrictions, Harvest Moon Festival will be guided by the Victorian State Government.
When purchasing Tickets, you agree that you will abide by any government, venue, or Event requirements in effect at the time of the Event, including (but not limited to) vaccination, mask wearing, venue capacity, social distancing and using COVID Safe Check-In. If you do not comply with these government, venue, or event requirements, you will be refused entry into the Event and will not receive a refund (unless required by law).
By purchasing or accepting tickets, patrons acknowledge that, even with control measures in place at the event, there remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of viral illness, including COVID-19. By attending, patrons acknowledge that they have considered those risks and their own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability that they may have, and the circumstances of persons with whom patrons may be in close contact following attendance to the event.
In aligning with the Victorian State Government restrictions, patrons are required to be double vaccinated against COVID-19 and show evidence of this (or exemption) upon entry.
Harvest Moon Festival holds the right to introduce a mandate for proof of double vaccination or valid exemption as a condition of entry at any time.
If you are feeling unwell with Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms and hold tickets to an upcoming performance contact Delatite Winery immediately to discuss your options. Harvest Moon Festival and Delatite Winery strongly discourages patrons to attend Events when they are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. We will work with you to find a remedy in the best interests of yourself, event guests and staff. You may need to provide proof that you have sought a Covid-19 test prior to any remedy being arranged. You must contact the Harvest Moon Festival and Delatite Winery organisers on 03 5775 2922 or info@harvestmoonfestival.com.au.
In the event of a mandated requirement to self-isolate, or if Government border restrictions prevent you from attending the Event, Harvest Moon Festival may offer a remedy if:
- You contact the Harvest Moon Festival organisers (as above) no later than 12 hours prior to the Event start time with evidence of close contact, symptoms, or positive COVID test results.
- You provide proof of mandatory isolation no later than 12 hours prior the event start time.
- Upon request, you provide proof of border restrictions occurring after the date of ticket purchase to Harvest Moon Festival no later than 12 hours prior the performance start time.
Harvest Moon Festival will not provide a remedy if:
- you are well and do not wish to attend the Event due to fears of exposure to Coronavirus (COVID-19), including being exposed to unvaccinated persons; or
- you are unwell and do not attend an Event (other than due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) illness or symptoms); or
- you are denied entry into the Event for reasons which were disclosed in this Agreement. For example, these reasons may include (but not be limited to) non-compliance with mandatory mask wearing, vaccination (unless legally exempt), or QR check-in requirements (or unwillingness to provide personal contact information when requested); or
- you attend the performance and subsequently leave part way through due to feeling unwell.
Changes to Events and Venues due to COVID-19 Restrictions
Harvest Moon Festival and Delatite Winery reserve the right to alter event prices, audience capacity or seating arrangements on the advice of Government and State organisations in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
In the event of a Coronavirus (COVID-19) related government order resulting in the cancellation of Harvest Moon Festival events, you will be contacted via email and presented with options to remedy the cancellation. You will have two weeks (14 days) to respond to us, indicating your preferred option. Failure to notify us of your selection within 14 days of the email being sent will infer that you select to donate the full ticket amount to the participating local businesses and/or venue at our election (refer to option 1 below).
- Donate Your Ticket/s: Ticket holders can choose to donate their ticket/s to the business partners and Venues of the Event (less any Transaction Fees or Inside Charges which will be retained by Harvest Moon Festival).
- Refund: Ticket holders may request a full refund less any Harvest Moon Festival fees & charges which will be retained by the event organisers. This includes Transaction Fees, Exchange Fees and/or other related Fees. Artists and venues will not receive any payment in this instance.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Conditions of Entry
If you and/or the members of your group are unwell, or have experienced cold or flu like symptoms within the last 14 days, and/or you or any members of your group have been in contact with someone with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and/or have returned from interstate or overseas and have been advised to isolate, we ask that you do not attend any Harvest Moon Festival Events or venues until you are well again and/or have been released from isolation and cleared by Coronavirus (COVID-19) testing.
Venue management have a right to evict patrons who are displaying Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms. If an eviction from an Event occurs, the ticket holder and/or accompanying group will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
