Upon successful completion of your purchase a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Harvest Moon Festival and Delatite Winery will keep all these details on file for future reference.
The event does not offer a ticket resale facility. Tickets purchased via unauthorised third-party sellers may not be valid, in which case, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund, and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
Unauthorised sale or duplication of your ticket may result in you being denied entry to the venue. The venue and/or the event manager are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by such unauthorised sale or duplication. In the event that duplicate copies of a ticket are presented at the gate, we reserve the right to deny entry to all parties.
Subject to availability tickets can be exchanged for equal value or upgraded for other dates or sessions. Downgrades are not permitted.

After the event has been held, you are not entitled to any refund on unused tickets or purchases made if you cannot prove that you contacted us in writing prior to the event.You will receive a refund of the face value of the tickets, but will forfeit any booking or transaction fees paid as these are part of the cost of the ticketing service. Complimentary or free tickets are not valid for any refund or form of exchange.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment device used to purchase Harvest Moon Festival tickets.

We promote the responsible consumption of alcohol. Alcoholic beverages should only be consumed by persons of legal drinking age. We recommend that our alcoholic beverages be enjoyed responsibly and in moderation.
Some of the Harvest Moon Festival events include alcohol, whereby they require all attendees to be over the age of 18. Please check the age guide on the tix.harvestmoonfestival.com.au site to confirm whether specific events require attendees to be 18 years and older.

In the case of any Government enforced restrictions, Harvest Moon Festival will be guided by the Victorian State Government.
When purchasing Tickets, you agree that you will abide by any government, venue, or Event requirements in effect at the time of the Event, including (but not limited to) vaccination, mask wearing, venue capacity, social distancing and using COVID Safe Check-In. If you do not comply with these government, venue, or event requirements, you will be refused entry into the Event and will not receive a refund (unless required by law).
By purchasing or accepting tickets, patrons acknowledge that, even with control measures in place at the event, there remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of viral illness, including COVID-19. By attending, patrons acknowledge that they have considered those risks and their own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability that they may have, and the circumstances of persons with whom patrons may be in close contact following attendance to the event.
In aligning with the Victorian State Government restrictions, patrons are required to be double vaccinated against COVID-19 and show evidence of this (or exemption) upon entry.
Harvest Moon Festival holds the right to introduce a mandate for proof of double vaccination or valid exemption as a condition of entry at any time.
If you are feeling unwell with Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms and hold tickets to an upcoming performance contact Delatite Winery immediately to discuss your options. Harvest Moon Festival and Delatite Winery strongly discourages patrons to attend Events when they are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. We will work with you to find a remedy in the best interests of yourself, event guests and staff. You may need to provide proof that you have sought a Covid-19 test prior to any remedy being arranged. Harvest Moon Festival and Delatite Winery reserve the right to alter event prices, audience capacity or seating arrangements on the advice of Government and State organisations in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
In the event of a Coronavirus (COVID-19) related government order resulting in the cancellation of Harvest Moon Festival events, you will be contacted via email and presented with options to remedy the cancellation. You will have two weeks (14 days) to respond to us, indicating your preferred option. Failure to notify us of your selection within 14 days of the email being sent will infer that you select to donate the full ticket amount to the participating local businesses and/or venue at our election (refer to option 1 below).
If you and/or the members of your group are unwell, or have experienced cold or flu like symptoms within the last 14 days, and/or you or any members of your group have been in contact with someone with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and/or have returned from interstate or overseas and have been advised to isolate, we ask that you do not attend any Harvest Moon Festival Events or venues until you are well again and/or have been released from isolation and cleared by Coronavirus (COVID-19) testing.
Venue management have a right to evict patrons who are displaying Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms. If an eviction from an Event occurs, the ticket holder and/or accompanying group will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
